Customers have 30 days from the delivery date of their order to contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, request a return shipping label, and ship out the return package. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase and the return package has not been postmarked, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, EcoJet cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened from the box, which includes products that have been used.
Returns must go through this protocol of contacting us first, or we will not be able to honor your refund. Packages sent to us without contacting us first will not be eligible for refunds.
To return your product, send us an email at email@example.com to first notify us that you would like to return the product. We would first like to understand what the issue is, and see if we can help.
For US Customers:
If you would still like to return the unused product, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
For Non-US Customers:
If you would still like to return the unused product, we will provide you with a return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You must send the package with tracking information and provide us with the tracking number to us once you ship it so that we can follow the shipment. If there is no tracking information, we will not be able to confirm shipment or delivery, therefore no refund will be processed. The return shipping address IS NOT the same address that the item was originally shipped from. Items shipped back to this original address WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
The return postmark date must be within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
As we try our best to ship out our products as quickly as possible, the time from order to shipment can be anywhere from 1 hour to 48 hours.
Cancellation requests will only be honored if we have not shipped out the package. The status of your order, and effectively the approval or denial of your cancellation request, will be determined by our support team.
To request a cancellation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. If your cancellation request is honored, your refund will be submitted to your payment method within the same business day.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
